What we do with the information we gather

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with a better service, and in particular for the following reasons:

  • Pre- and post-visit customer service and interaction.
  • We may use the information to improve our services.
  • We may use the information you provided to send promotional offers or other information which we think you may find interesting. As of yet we have no set plans to do so, but should we decide to send such emails the frequency will be low, or in the region of 1-3 emails per year. We will provide you with an easy-to-use opt-out link in case you don’t want to receive these emails. You can also inform us during booking that you don’t want your details to be used this way.
